We are a local insurance and financial services firm in Northern Baltimore County, Maryland and are looking for the newest member of our team.
Currently we specialize in property insurance, life insurance and banking.
We are looking for energetic quick learners to help service our existing clients / customers.
This position will involve mostly office administration, customer retention, relationship building and other supportive customer service tasks.
Position includes:
Normal business work hours of Monday through Friday 9 to 5.
Fixed Annual Salary Annual bonus when achieved (Based on levels of service and agency growth) Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) Initial Property and Casualty licensing and training expenses paid by agency Signing Bonus up to $300 Duties Include:
Providing prompt professional customer service Answering and directing incoming phone calls Outgoing calls to existing client base when information is needed Greeting and attending to walk-in client traffic Research and communication on issues regarding client accounts Support to sales team when needed Compensation:
Base salary ranges based on experience and licensure.
